You're probably already aware of the fact that she was Playboy Playmate of the Month in Feb. 2009, making her a bonafide fantasy for men around the world. This model hails from Santa Fe Springs, California and was born Jessica Irene Burciaga. She's a mix of Mexican, French and Irish, which is definitely a mix that we're very interested in, especially after seeing her beauty.

Her start in the entertainment industry came after she graduated high school, working as an extra in television and in music videos. While these gigs were nice, they weren't what she needed to be catapulted into the limelight. Her big break came when she won Stuff's "Neighborhood Knockout" contest in the summer of 2005. And though we're not from her neighborhood, we'd definitely have to agree with that call.

A year later, she became a Bunny blackjack dealer at the Playboy Club, located in the Palms casino in Las Vegas. But it wasn't until three years later that she'd actually appear as Playmate of the month for Playboy in Feb. 2009, cementing her fame even further, especially when she started appearing on the reality TV series starring several other Playmates, The Girls Next Door.
