Five Things R. Kelly Probably Shouldn’t Have Said

After years of delays and disputes, R. Kelly is finally on trial for allegedly having sex with an underage girl and producing child pornography. While Rob is claiming innocence (obviously), KING-MAG.com has found five lyrics from Kelly’s back catalog that give us reasonable doubt. While we hope the dude gets a fair trial, Kells better pray the prosecution doesn’t use any of these words against him.

“And shawty if you’re thirsty, I’ve got some good, good lemonade”

After years of denying allegations that he videotaped himself pissing on a 14-year-old girl, Kells made the brilliant decision to jump on this Raheem DeVaughn remix and offer the ladies a warm glass of yellow liquid. Could his metaphor be any more obvious? Why not just ask them to take a golden shower with you, Rob?

“Girl, run to your Internet and download me / Get my computer love right off your screen”

Most of R. Kelly’s defense in this trial is his claim that he’s not the guy in the infamous video. While it might be hard to recognize Rob with that girl’s butt cheeks in his face, there’s no denying that he bragged about Internet sex stardom on this cut from 2000′s TP-2.com. This claim may have been R&B fantasy at the time, but it’s turned into a harsh reality.

“I’m a bad man / I’m not ashamed of it”

It’s lyrics like this that led to Nas giving R. the title of “The R&B Thug.” Of course, while Sylvester had no problem selling himself as a down-and-dirty dude then, he’s hoping the jury will think of him as the “I Believe I Can Fly” guy now—not the dude who wrote “I Like The Crotch On You.”

“My mind is telling me no, but my body my body’s telling me yes”
—Bump N’ Grind

Ever wonder what R. Kelly was struggling with in the opening moments of his first number one single? We’re guessing it might have something to do with the fact that a then 26-year-old Kelly was falling for the 15-year-old Aaliyah. There’s no denying the dude has a thing for young chicks. Why else would he nickname himself the “Pied Piper?”

“When it comes down to that motherfuckin’ clit, clit, clit / Niggas are sick, sick, sick”
—Pussy

If there was any doubt about R. Kelly’s sick side, he announces his true feelings on this collaboration with Jay. He’s a sick man when it comes to chicks—especially underage ones. It’s like Devin the Dude says on the same track, “Pussy makes people do things they never would think they’d do.”
