Chris Paul (Nike) — Most folks ain't have his New Orleans Hornets team in the playoffs, yet they finished with the third best record in the NBA. Paul has shown that he is the future of the point guard position (along with Utah's Deron Williams) and he's put up some disgusting numbers this season. 21.1 points , 11.6 assists, 4.0 rebounds and 2.7 steals per game. Nasty...
Kobe Bryant (Nike) — He went from asking to be traded, to  leading the Lakers to the top spot in the toughest conference race in league history. He also kept his team afloat, with basically a broken finger, while Pau Gasol, Andrew Bynum and Lamar Odom missed significant time with a rash of injuries.

Kevin Garnett (Adidas) — You know the story. Struggling in Minnesota, only won two playoff series in his 13-year NBA career, traded to Boston to create the "Big three" along with Paul Pierce and Ray Allen. His energy, hustle and will (yes, someone other than Tyler Hansbrough has will and hustle) gave Boston a 60+ win season and the Celtics posted the biggest single-season turnaround ever.

Lebron James (Nike) — Not many players have done better than averaging 30 points, seven rebounds and seven assists per game. Actually, only two have, Michael Jordan and Oscar Robertson. The only drawback is that his team has faired moderately well (the fourth seed) in a horribly weak Eastern Conference.
Four great candidates for MVP. Who ya got?
